The mill was a Victorian Flour Mill with Boulangerie and dates back to 1836 and many of the original features still stand. Mole de Haut has a new roof. The kitchen has underfloor heating and a 4 door gas aga. A Jotul wood burner in the living room keeps the house cosy, while drainage is private via a large fosse septique fitted 6 years ago.
